I am thinking of purchasing a new car. I hadn't thought of a Mercedes but have been told by a UNICEF colleague that he purchased one of your vehicles on a special deal some time ago. I think it was a last year's model. Without tax and with the additional reduction he paid some 19,000 JDs. If you have something comparable, please let me know.

I regretfully would like to express my disappointment in the services offered by your company. I bought a used car from your exhibition in wadi saqra and trusted the evaluation you provided on the car condition. First I found that the tyers were of different sizes and when I went back to the exhibition manager he said we are not responsible for tyres!! AC was found to be in very bad condition, certain buttons are not working, some parts are not in their position etc. Would you kindly tell me, if a erputable company like yours deals this way with its customers what would less trusted companies do????

to the mercedes benz company:
until now I have not received any answer to my problem. if your intention is to make me forget or get tired, you will come out with it and I will continue with my complaint before the courts and compensation claimed on the amount of 1milion dollars for psychics damages I suffered and my family during my trip to the Dead Sea where suddenly stopped working braking system (SBC) (where I is displayed reduced brake stop the car) then stops working gearbox and nearly killed us all in the car.
we have been informed by the social networks of faults of this system in 2003 and 2004 E200 models and also have documents written by your company confirming that defects in the brake system.
I need an answer for how to act and urgently

Subject: Complaint from a customer in Jordan
My car (E200, 2012) was inspected around the 14th of this month by Mercedes Jordan (Gharghour Co.) because it gave a message (malfunction/drive to workshop).
Their diagnosis was: the car needs “?PREFUSE”. I was told the piece could be ordered from Germany and will need 3 weeks, with a cost of 450 JD (about 500 Euros). I asked if this is a factory fault? They said : “WE ASKED THIS QUESTION TO GERMANY AND IT IS NOT A FACTORY FAULT ".
I told them that as a doctor I cannot leave my car with Mercedes workshop for 3 weeks, and asked if there is a shorter option.
They said 10 days by DHL, and this is the shortest possible timeframe they can afford me.
I asked a friend who is a car mechanic and has experience in Mercedes. He said the piece can be ordered from Dubai in 24 hours.r So I took the car from Mercedes and took it to my friend.
To my extreme astonishment, he checked the car. His conclusion was that the car needs no new pieces and it is functioning normally. The car has been running since then for more than a week with no problem!
I called Mercedes Jordan to complaint. It is tough to find someone to talk to. I spoke to someone and he took my number, but never called back. I spoke next day with Mercedes Jordan, I was referred to several people, the lady who finally took listened to my complain did not call back in 3 days!
Question1: Why insist on 3 weeks if there is 10 day DHL?
Question 2: Why insist on 10 day delivery from Germany if Dubai can deliver in 24 hr?
Question 3: How come they asked for a piece that was never malfunctioning?
Question 4: did Mercedes Germany really rejected the notion that this "prefuse malfunction" wasn't a factory fault? Was this contact documented?Question 5: do you condone such relation with customers? Low level of curtesy and having tough time to find someone to talk to?
